Jerry Jenkins

After earning his Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law, Jerry began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney. During his time as a prosecutor, he handled thousands of criminal cases involving offenses ranging from misdemeanor charges to serious felonies. That experience gave him a deep understanding of how prosecutors evaluate evidence, build cases, and make charging and plea decisions.

Jerry later founded his own law practice, bringing that knowledge to individuals who needed an experienced advocate on their side. Today, his practice focuses on criminal defense and personal injury, representing clients throughout the Orlando and Clermont areas.

As a former prosecutor and probation officer, Jerry understands both sides of the courtroom. He uses that experience to anticipate the strategies of opposing counsel, identify weaknesses in the evidence, and develop practical solutions tailored to each client’s circumstances.
